Culinary training and past experience includes: certification through Le Cordon Bleu, an internship at award-winning Restaurant Alma, working for Chef Sarah Holmgren at the St. James Hotel (Red Wing), and working for Chef Susan Dunlop at Joan's in the Park (winner of the 2016 Charlie Award for best restaurant in the Twin Cities). And she still makes The Ole Rolls weekly at the Ole Store in Northfield.
